Rates do not include PA Sales Tax (9%), $85 (2-3 nights)-$110 (4-7 nights) HIDEOUT Rental Registration Fee, depending on length of stay (Non-refundable), $75 Turnaround Fee and Security Deposit ($500, up to 10 people, $750 for parties over 10) fully refunded once property is inspected and found to be clean and  undamaged.       

Any HIDEOUT traffic tickets or fines incurred are the responsibility of the tenant and deducted at double the amount of fine, from the security deposit if not paid.
