Rates are for a maximum of 10 people.

Linens and towels supplied if needed, must be laundered before leaving. Rates are excluding holidays No Smoking, No Pets MUST be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. Owner reserves right to refuse rental based on age demographics.
Photo ID required. Must provide names and ages of all in your party. 2 Night Weekend $950   3 Night Weekend $1300 Weekly $1800 2 Weeks $3400  Month $6500 Above rates are for up to 10 people. $25 each additional, to total maximum of 18.

Rates do not include PA Sales Tax (9%), $75-$100 HIDEOUT Rental Registration Fee, depending on length of stay (Non-refundable), $75 Turnaround Fee and Security Deposit ($500, up to 10 people, $750 for parties over 10) fully refunded once property is inspected and found to be clean and undamaged. Any HIDEOUT traffic tickets or fines incurred are the responsibility of the tenant and deducted from the security deposit. The upper gallery overlooking the living room, and the stairs, have an open log
railing that would pose a safety risk to young children. Please take note of
